In his speech he welcomed new members of our working groups, especially our new Professor for Theoretical Meterology, Prof. Petra Seibert.
After that the culinary part of the event started with the opening of the buffet.
We want to explicitely thank Dr. Mayer, who brought lots of delicious cookies, that he had been baking himself.
Invigorated by food and drinks some members of the institute gave a small but delightful concert of christmas songs, which the audience well-behaved and graciously acknowledged with lots of applause.
