John Collins (Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute/MIT) with us

After four months at the University of Vienna, John Collins will go back to Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute on Cape Cod, where he is leader of the Ocean-Bottom Seismometer Program, and part of the faculty of the MIT-Woods Hole Joint Program.

The pictures shows him in our seminar on seismological instrumentation, and handling one of our broadband seismometers in an unusual (onland) setting.
